How an idea becomes furniture.

• Stage 01 — Idea
Sometimes, it all starts with a single photograph. Our task is to understand the form, proportions, and structure, and then adapt the concept to actual dimensions.
Note: The visual design was modified at the client's request.
The bed extends all the way to the floor and features an additional storage compartment. The headboard in the original rendering had slight gathers or irregularities, so the client requested a perfectly smooth, flat finish.
• Stage 02 — Dimensions and Construction
We determine the dimensions, fit, thicknesses, connection points, and product design.
Stage 03 — Framework
Base and geometry
Grade 1/2 E1 birch plywood and Grade 1 pine timber. We demonstrate the gluing, fastening, ribs, and reinforcements.
"We show what will later be hidden beneath the upholstery."
Stage 04 — Ergonomics and PU Foam
Comfort and features
The filling is selected individually for the seat, backrest, and other elements. We use polyurethane foam with a density of 25–32 kg/m³, depending on the design.
Stage 05 — Fabric and Tailoring
Cutting and precision
We show the cutting, the sewing process, the seams, and the finished parts.
The fabric must not only look good but also be suitable for the conditions of use.

Package
Module connections, fasteners, embedded parts, mechanisms, and the final geometry of the product.
Rigorous inspection of geometry, seams, fit, mechanisms, and overall appearance.
Reliable multi-layer packaging is the final step before delivery.
Stage 09 — Delivery and Installation
The details lie in the nuances.
The client sees a finished sofa. We see the dozens of decisions that made it what it is.
